10r Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the 10r platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all users of the 10r platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & Account Registration
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 10r platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation
To access the full services of the 10r platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same user are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. 10r is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- You must be of age 18 years and above to register and use the 10r platform.
- You must be a resident of, or access the platform from, a permitted region.
- You may not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and valid.
- You are responsible for ensuring your account is not accessed by underage individuals.
- You may not use your account for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
User Responsibilities & Platform Terms of Use
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 10r platform is lawful under the applicable laws of their location. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, disrupt platform operations, transmit harmful or offensive content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems or accounts of other users.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that the devices and internet connections they use are secure. 10r is not liable for any losses arising from the use of public networks or unsecured devices.
Use of the 10r platform is subject to the following rules:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the payment system is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with all directives and policies issued by 10r from time to time.
- Any misuse of the platform's bonus or promotion systems is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 10r platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed during the deposit process. 10r does not bear any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received by our system. 10r is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties in the payment chain.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security procedures as set by 10r. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction, and processing times vary depending on the selected method. 10r reserves the right to request verification documents before approving any withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Disputed Transactions
10r reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.
- All deposits are final once credited to your account.
- Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (in certain circumstances).
- Users are responsible for ensuring their payment account details are accurate.
- 10r is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect account details provided by the user.
- All transactions are subject to applicable anti-money laundering policies.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
10r is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors. 10r's aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
The 10r platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10r reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
- The user is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
In the event of account closure for valid reasons, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and software on the 10r platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 10r or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without explicit written consent from 10r. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The 10r platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 10r endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
10r reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
